only until/not until Mr Peter came to china did he know what kind of a country she is .(为什么不能填only until?)

By the end of thid year,I shall have been teaching/would have been teaching here for ten years.(shall have done 和would have done区别？）

“could you give these books to Mr Mike?"

"Certainly,I'll see/I'll be seeing him about sth else in any case"(为什么不能用前者）

The performance was wonderful.I had never seen/I would never see anything more exciting in my life,i thought.(我觉得两个都可以诶。。。）

The ambulance controller told him an ambulance would be arriving /was arriving in five minutes.(为什么不可以理解为was arriving表将来？）

not until 置于句首时，主句部分倒装。参见语法书籍
shall have done 属于将来完成时，与By the end of this year 对应。到今年末为止，表对将来的预测；
would have done是过去将来完成时，时间参照应是一般过去时态。如：He said he would have finished his task by the end of the month.
The performance ......应用前者： I had never seen......表过去的过去，即 过去完成时态
