5.AAAA undertakes to destroy the confidential information of EEE within 30 (thirty) days after EEE will demand destruction of the confidential information.In case of the requirement of destruction of the confidential information,all confidential information received according to the present Agreement in all its physical forms,including translations,copies or extracts,should be destroyed,and all electronic records and any other reproduced forms of the confidential information should be erased during the specified 30-days term.
