of course i will tell you more things about china and its people in the days to follow.i don't understand what do you mean by "national animal",do you mean panda?i'd like to have one but you know,panda is not allowed to be raised personally,they belong to the country.
as for chinese writing,it will be very hard for foreigners to learn.however,if you really want,i will have a try.
