I dont have met same thing ．
I think you'd better lend it to her while you afford to do.she's your close friend,you should trust her and give her help.Or maybe you could suggest her ask her parents for help.Faith is the most important between friends.Sometimes we have trouble and need friends' help.So when my friends need money,I will try my best to help them．I dont care wheather get it back or not.I hope what I said can help you．
