“person” includes any individual,corporation,company,corporate or incorporated body of persons,firms,business,institution,any State or agency thereof or other legalentity.
The party shall ensure that nothing in this agreement shall in any way affect the rights and benefits accruingand accrued to and/or enjoyed by the other Party under this agreement.
The committee shall meet as and when required,and in no event,not less than twice a year.
The party agrees to provide the other Party with not less than eight days written notice of such assignmen tor transfer.
Each Party may elect todiscontinue its obligation to pay upon sixty (60) days’ prior written notice tothe other Party.
