For those who are anxious of succes,taking much time for preparation may do useless jobs; for me,who trust that a person could use more than ten years to succeed,it's rather than wise.
for those who…,taking…和for me,it's…这两个句子结构有问题吗?老师说它们的主语有问题可是我怎么也看不出来

anxious 后面一般跟 about...(名词) 或 to...(动词)
>>For those who are anxious to succeed/ to gain success
taking much time for preparation may do useless jobs
基本可以.用worthless (没有价值,不值得) 代替 useless (没用) 也许会更合适?
补：另外这整句可以改成"...may seem a useless/ worthless job",个人感觉会比较通顺.
for me,who trust that a person could use more than ten years to succeed
1) who 视同第三人称单数,後面动词要加 s
>>for me,who trusts that...
2)其他基本上可以,不过说做一件事情所花的时间时 通常会用take 代替 use.
甚至可以这样写：...that it could take a person more than ten years' time to succeed
会更加地强调 这是一段很长的时间.
it's rather than wise
你是不是要说 it's rather more than wise?(这句很好)
或者直接说 it's rather wise.就好了.
