Is It Safe to Fly With an Infant on Your Lap?

       Federal (联邦的) transportation safety officials are using the deadly crash of an overloaded plane in Montana to restore (25) ______________ long-standing debate about whether small children should be allowed to travel on the laps (大腿部) of adults.
