Nobody can.Different people have different ideas about fashion. For example,some people like wearing the same dresses as the film star's,because they think the dresses are fashionable.Some girls think it is fashionable to wear boy's clothes,because they are different from other girls',Some people like to wear sunglasses in winter.They do so not to protect their eyes,but they think it is really cool.They also thinkit is kind of fashion.So it is difficult for us to agree with other people about fashion.
