Thank you for sending the documents required for the account opening to Mr.xxx,I am his colleague,I read the documents and there are a few things I'd like to check with you.
1.On the page “INSTRUCTIONS” are listed in documents that are necessary to certify by a notary,these documents are repeated on the page 6,where is explicitly appointed who can certify these documents,however there is no notary.So do I have to certify these documents by a notary or certifiers named on the page
2.Should I notarize both “incorporation documents” listed on page “INSTRUCTION” and “Company documents” listed on page Or it’s sufficient to notarize every document only once even though some of them are repeated?
3.On the page “INSTRUCTIONS” paragraph “all certifications must be in English or have an English translation attached” Shall I notarize the document as well as English translation,or just notarize the document,and then translate the certified document to English?
