答案没有错.当cope的后面没有sth时,with就不必写.当cope的后面有sth时,with就必须写.
比如说：

2 it is such hard work that I can't cope with it
(是这个概念：有宾语,就有介词)
又如：He is a difficult man,and I don't know how to deal (WITH HIM).
