Overall Block at Header Level in Sales Order -Why?
I have a situation where the over all status at the header level states blocked.The credit status states approved.There are no other header level blocks (delivery or billing).Will the credit limit and risk category of the customer cause this?The customer credit limit is set to zero and the receivables is also zero.The risk category is high risk.Thanks for any help in understanding this.GR

Can I assume that the order is blocked for Credit,or some other block?You can check if the customer has an overall block set in VD05.If you have created a credit limit of zero and you create an order worth more than zero,you will indeed get a credit block (if your risk category is set that way).If you've already saved the order,you can see the block in table VBUK or by executing VKM1.Good luckpld
