First,we would like to thank you very much for 3 boxex of 2062 free of charge.However,base on the contract the quantity is only 15,000 m in total,so if we want to get your present,your packing list and invoice should mention the quantity the same as in the contract (10.000m for 2043 and 5000 m for 2062,that means 15000m in total and 9000$ CIF)
About the balance amount,we transfered 1350$ to you last time,so the balance amount should be 9000 - 1350 = 7650 USD only,not 7679$ as you said so could you pls check it again dear.After checking it,pls inform me and could you send to me your invoice and packing list through email in advance so that I can check it first
I have called our bank to ask about dollars
they said at the moment,there are not enough dollars to send overseas,could you pls ask your boss deliver the goods on Friday first,we will transfer the balance as soon as the bank has enough dollars,they say it will be next week for the latest
