Nowadays,whether to postphone retirement is more and more frequently discussed in people's daily life.However,people's opinions are still divided on this point.
On one hand,postphone retirement can mitigate pension payment problem and many people can continue their favourite work for another 10 years.
On the other hand,following with the growing employment pressure,postphone retirement will cause more graduate college students can't find a job.
In my opinion,I think we should postphone retirement because it can use the resources efficiently.For example,more old wokers can teach experience to the youngs and the scientific research area need experienced people very much.Meanwhile,to the collage students,if the goverment work hard on the employment issues,we finally can find a good blance on this problem.
All in all,if we really postphone the retirement,only by sloving these problem above humane and feasible can we expect a better future.
