She/he thought that this exam paper must be blong to the top student due to this student got full mark from this English test. Evidently, the English class representative thought that he/she might have the confidence to recognise that this paper should belong to Ann because he/she was very famaliar with Ann's handwriting. Finally, the English class representative gave this full mark English exam paper to Ann and Ann felf so excited just because she got the full mark from this English test.
