内容：when they talk about new inventions,they talk about the internet.Undoubtedly,the internet has impacted the way people work,live and play. Take people's work pattern for example,in the past,people had to go to the office or the factory to work,but now with the convenience of the internet,people can work at home or anywhere away from their work locations. This is a huge change.Another example is the way people play,in the old days,people had to meet each other to play games,now,they can sit in front of the computers and play games. This was beyond people's imagination years ago.

However,old inventions have done a lot to our world,too.Those inventions include cars,airplanes and TVs,etc.Without cars,people would be impossible to travel to other places easily.And airplanes have further shortened the distance.Without them,we would not have international tourism.In fact,tourism is so important for the whole world.Even the internet makes people do things without seeing each other,people still need to see each other face to face.
