During July - August, 2005, I spent my management internship in Beijing XiangLongSheng Trade Co., Ltd. My main work were to support the management of every shop in the company, purchase and allocation of commodity, and other daily business management. During my internship, I got to understand the general organizational structure and operational process in a trade company. Moreover, I mastered the relevant knowledge about enterprise management. During Jan. - Feb., 2004, I was a salesman in Ecco Shop in YanSha Outles (燕莎奥特莱斯, 不记得怎么拼了). My main work was to introduce and sell products to customers; deliver good service to them; handle management on goods in the shop. I made outstanding performance. Furthermore, I accumulated a lot experiences about sales and customer services; increased my responsiblity sense and willpower; acquired knowledge about operation and management of a big shopping mall. During Feb., 2003 - now, I have been in charge of the sports in my class. I have been responsible for the plan and organization of class sporting activities. I believe I have certain organization and team coorperation ability
