 Serve as an intern for Material Dept.Send Forecast to Vendor and issue PO,track the materials and ensure the delivery in time.Be familiar with VMI and SMI process.
 Be responsible for Microsoft,HP,IBM materials,RMA & Equipment import and FG,RTV export; propose solutions for Program Team,Material Team and EE team,optimize distribution route and save logistics cost; FCL&LCL delivery terms come down to by Air/Sea/bonded truck/hand carry/express.
 Communicate with international forwarder such as DHL,UPS,Panalpina,Schenker,Fedex,Expeditors and Transportation Company,track the shipment and solve the conflict.
 Map out the shipment forecast and estimate and calculate logistics cost.
 Be familiar with the international trade process and purchasing / transportation / distribution / customs clearance process;
 Train the new employee.
