Dear Mr.XXX,
Your (电指电报?传真,姑且用传真）fax dated 18th of this month was well received.
First of all,sorry for not having given you any news regarding the order so far.We have kept asking the factory to inform us of the exact date of delivery,and we think it is of no use to write to you before we get accurate news.
Now the factory agrees to make delivery within two weeks.And we are now arranging loading onto "Changjiang" vessel,which is scheduled to your port in the beginning of next month.We will immediately inform you by fax once the loading is finished.
We sincerely hope that the fact that we haven't contacted you in respect of order will not cause you any inconvinience,and hope that you will be fully satisfied with the goods.
