My name is Mark Grieve; I am the manager of Bayside Benders.We an Australian company established over 12 years ago who fabricate electrical b ends & fittings from uPVC conduit.We supply a wide variety of customers across Australia in the elec trical & telecommunication markets.We are expanding and are looking to manufacture some of our products overseas in order to stay competitive.
We require electrical bends made from orange coloured heavy duty uPVC conduit made to Australian standards AS2053.2:2001.Detailed specifications can be made available to interested parties.
Sizes required will be 20mm,25mm,32mm,40mm,50mm,63mm,80mm,100mm,125mm & 150mm.The bends will be 90,45 & 22 degrees and varying radii (eg,the radius of a 100mm bend will be approx 450mm) .
It is essential that you can fabricate up to at least the 100mm bends as this is ones of our main products.We will also require associated fittings for all sizes including couplings,slip couplings,end caps & reducers.
At a minimum the bends must be orange in colour & have the Australian standards information & our company name printed on them.As the bends would need to be fabricated from extruded conduit we may in the future decide to also import the straight lengths of conduit.
Important:large bends require fabrication from extruded conduit-NOT injection moulding.
We would order reasonably large quantities at a time on an ongoing basis (more concrete numbers available upon request) .
I have attached a sample photo of our 100mm bends.
Future products we will require also include injection moulded grey coloured short radius bends in 20mm,25mm & 32mm as well as grey coloured 2-way,3-way & 4-way junction boxes.
We hope to form a long term relationship with a company who is able to produce a high quality product at competitive rates.
