I’m sorry to learn that Lisa is making it difficult for you to pay attention to your studies. However I think Lisa talks to you because she likes you. What’s more she can help you with your studies. 

In my opinion you should get to know her better. Once you become close friends it will be easier for you to talk to her and tell her how you feel about the problem. I’m sure she will understand you.
