3 细格栅
细格栅的作用是进一步去除污水中的悬浮物.采用八组(两组备用).过栅流速:0.7m/s;栅条间距:10㎜.选用XWB-Ⅲ-1.5-2.5型号背耙式格栅除污机.
4 沉砂池
采用廊道式曝气沉砂池,其特点是可减少后续处理的难度.进入沉砂池污水水平流速:0.09m/s;停留时间:6min;曝气设备拟采用7组RD-125 罗茨鼓风机(2组备用);采用重力排砂,排砂设备采用行车泵式吸砂机PXS3500型.
5 曝气池
曝气池采用旋转推流式,拟建设六座,单池容积达2000m3,泥龄为6.67d,曝气设备采用BER型无滑轨37-BER水下射流曝气机五台(两组备用).BOD5去除率可达85%以上.
6 沉淀池
本次设计中初沉池及二沉池均采用圆形辐流式沉淀池.具体为:初沉池为六座,单池池径为44m;二沉池为12座,单池池径为40m.沉淀池有效水深分别为5m和4.5m.二池刮泥机为ZG—45型周边传动刮泥机和中心传动双臂式刮吸泥机.
7 污泥浓缩池
设计采用圆形辐流式重力浓缩池.其特点是可连续运行、构造简单,操作方便、动力消耗小,运行费用低、贮存污泥能力强等.浓缩时间为24h、有效水深为5m、浓缩池固体通量M=30kg/m •d,浓缩后含水率为97%.
8 污泥消化池
本设计采用柱型消化池,一级,二级消化池采用相同池型,其中一级消化池四座,二级消化池两座.消化池直径D采用28.5m,集气罩直径d1=3m,高h1=2.5m,池底锥底直径d2=3m,消化池柱体高度为20m.一级消化池与二级消化池的停留时间比为2:1
9 污泥脱水
设计采用带式脱水机三台(一台备用).型号:DY—3000型带式压榨过滤机.
带式压滤脱水机受污泥负荷波动的影响小,还具有出泥含水率较低且工作稳定消耗少、管理控制相对简单、对运转人员的素质要求不高等特点.
经过以上工序的处理,排水可达到城市污水二级排放标准(GB8978-1996),满足设计要求.
