You can think of the classification of resources.From which you will know there are only parts of resouces that can be renewable.Howere among those parts,much of them are actually limited to us because of the very long time for them to be reformed again,compared to our human's relatively short life span and the extremely high consuming rate.
You can take an example as paper use and tree growth.what do you expect if we keep cuting forests at such high speed and wholly rely on that in paper production Compare what we use and what we get from nature and the total amount of resouces,what conculsion can you draw from that?
Also,you can talk about the concept of sustainable development (this could be a major argument if you like).
