1. have/has + been +since表示过去并持续到现在，那么不加since，只是have been 是不是意思一样呢？

2. I have received from my brother 跟 I have been received from my brother。  I have already typed it 与  I have been  typed it .有什么区别？

3. the patient had been dead / the patient had dead  / the patient has been dead / the patient has dead 。每个表达的都是什么意思？

4. 现在完成时与一般过去时以及过去完成时，简直分不清楚了，能帮忙通俗的打比方来形容他们之间的关系，以及向表达什么样的意思用哪一个时态吗？

首先，since 是有实际意思的，为“自从”，一般与完成时态使用
I have been here since five months ago. 我在这儿,已经有五个月了.
上句中如果不加since的话要用一般过去时，因为five months ago是一个过去的时间点
I was here five months ago 我五个月前到这的。
I have received from my brother 这句话缺宾语，我接到了什么呢？
应该是 I have received the message from my brother by the end of this week . 我在本周末已经接到了哥哥的消息
have been done 是现在完成时的被动形式 比如
The message from my brother has been received by the end of this month.
上句话我为什么要加by the end of this week 呢 这就是你最后一个问题，完成时态往往需要跟上一些时间状语，比如up to now /till now","so far" . 如果没有这些时间状语，那么句子还是用过去时比较合理。如 I received the message from my brother .就很干净清楚
dead 是一个形容词，不可以用has dead 这样的表达 ，只能说has died
你给的四句话都不太准确，你可以说the patiend was dead ；the body has been dead for couples of days
而 had been 是过去完成时态，往往在从句之中使用
The bus had already left by the time I got there 公共汽车在我到那时已经开走了。left 的动作在got 之前，是过去的过去，所以用过去完成
