As is known to us,the relationship between teachers and students is very important for the teaching process.Good relationship of teachers and students can make the teaching of teachers much more efficient and relaxed,and meanwhile facilitate the students to learn in a good environment.While a bad relationship can only hamper the teaching process,and do bad to both of them.
In my opinion,teachers and students could be good friends after class,they should communicate with each other freely on whatever topics.I hold the firm belief that nearly all students are eager for that kind of relationship.
So let's try to create a harmonious relations between teachers and students just like friends.

There are a large number of methods to improve your English.
Firstly,you can listen to English tapes,English songs,relevant radio programms such as BBC and VOA to improve your listening ability.
Secondly,you had better do some extra readings,and buy some English newspapers,magazines and books that you are interested in.
Thirdly,you can often go to the English corner and communicate with other people,especially foreigners,which can greatly improve your oral English.Last but not least,you should spend more time learning English,because English,like many other languages,is a cumulative subject.

In my mind,it is quite significant to learn the world outside the campus.First of all,there really exists quite a lot of things that we can not learn on campus and from books.To a great extent,we can only learn some theoretical knowledge on campus.As for practice,we have to go out of the campus.Moreover,learning the world out of the campus could make us better accustomed to our future career.Last but not least,getting to know things out of the campus could broaden our vision and enrich our life.
From the analysis mentioned above,I can conclude that schools had better encourage the students to learn from other sources,not just confined to campus.
