答案是B,但是为什么选B呢?其他选项的意思不也是一样的么?

thanks to 多亏,常用来带出引出带来令人欣慰的结果的原因
由于 not...but...连接两个to...短语,所以不可用because of .只能从B,D 中选.
因为 due to 或是 owing to 有这个搭配
其实owing to 也能引出原因状语,只能说due to 常用些.owing to 绝对没错!
