STRENGTH:
• On schedule:neither work late nor leave early ;could finish scheduled work on time
• Confidence :have a belief in my own ability to do things and be successful
• Hard-working:if accept work during other team members’ leave ,or
• optimistic
Focus
on Learning
WEAKNESS:
• Careless:Pay more attention to the details ;think carefully before work; double check after work
• Team share/experience share
• Not know well about SOP/ working file
• Not be sensitive to data analysis

题目：A summary of probation period
正文：As my probation period as a buyer in the company is over,I am ready to become a regular worker.Therefore,I make a self-review to summarize my strengths,focus and weakness.
I was on schedule in working days for I neither worked late nor left early,and I could finish scheduled work on thme.Besides,I am very confident for I have a belief in my own ability to do things successfully.In addition,I am very hardworking.If I accepted work during other team members' leave,I would try my best to complete it all by myself.Duo to my optimism,I could alway get along well with my colleagues.
However,I am paying attention to be on learning from my colleagues for there exists too much to learn.I believe that I can catch up with them after a short-time study.
Of course,I have some weakness.First of all,I am a little careless.So I decided to pay more attention to the details.Besides,I will think twice before work and double check after work.Secondly,I am lack of team share and experience share sometimes,but I will process myself.Thirdly,I don't know well about SOP and the working file and I am not sensitive to data analysis as well for I am not good at math when I was in school,but I think it mustn't be a problem.I will keep on having advanced studies to improve my abilities.
Therefore,I hope that I can go on being engaged in the work not only because I am fond of it,but also because I believe I can make a difference on it.
