REF: MBL NO.: TAOBUN2281643V(Original--The MBL will signed at the port of destination)

We have problems with CO LOADER in destination due they that have not got any instructions from their office in origin saying that OK TELEX RELEASE MBL.
So we unable release any cargo to cnee and wll be affected with aditional extra charges, penalty, storage, etc.

Pls PUSH HARD to VANGUARD at yr side to solve that and be responsible for all extra charges caused their mistake.

So pls confirm when MBL of VANGUARD wll be OK for issue or TELEX RELEASE.

FYI : CARGO ARRIVING TODAY BUT WE ALRDY DEADLINE FOR DOCUMENTS.
