　　At 9 pm ,the ambulance（救护车） brought a man in his sixties who was having a heart attack .His condition was uncertain ,but I did my best and he also held on there .Before I left in the morning ,I stopped to see him .He had survived the night and was sleeping .
　　The following year ,I got Christmas Eve duty again because I unfortunately remained to be the newest member of the group .I pushed myself to work .At 9 pm sharp ,the clerk told me there was an old couple in the hall who wanted to speak with me .The man introduced himself as Levin and said ,“You probably don’t remember me ,but last Christmas Eve you saved my life .Thank you for the year you gave me .” He and his wife hugged me ,handed me a small gift ,and left .I was more than a little surprised and touched .
