Amelia is a volleyball star. She is 15 years old. She usually gets up at seven o’clock. She takes a shower at a quarter to eight and eats breakfast at eight o'clock. She plays volleyball with her friends at half past eight. Amelia eats lunch at twelve o'lock. At a quarter past one she plays volleyball again. At four o’clock Amelia does some exercise.

She usually runs. At seven twenty she goes to a kung fu class. Amelia never watches TV. She is too tired!
