1.Even in this economic slump,our product’s USP and affordability don’t make it desirable to our niche markets.
2.Based on this positive trial close,I don’t think it will be easy to twist our client’s arm into signing the purchasing agreement to close the deal.

第一个句子,前面的介词短语不对啊,应该是由于经济不景气,所以才使得我们产品吸引力不足.所以应该用“Account of”或者"Because of" 之类的.
第二个句子,close 应该是“closed” 过去分词作表语.
第三个句子,not only 与 but also 联用,或者but后面必须表述为否定意思,所以我觉得应该改为……but we'll lost the bonus .如果不能开辟新商机,我们不仅会达不成目标,而且还会失去本该有的那部分“红利” .
