1.It is adj for sb to do sth.
形容词位adj 可以放appropriate necessary common...
就是形容整个后面这个动作的 就是某人做某事很合适 很有必要 很常见...
2.It is + 强调的部分 + that + 句子剩下的部分.
这个要细心讲一下
比如一个平常的陈述句 我现在无聊地改一下
He kills the man at the corner with a knife.
强调主语 It is he that kills the man at the corner with a knife.
强调宾语 It is the man that he kills at the corner with a knife.
强调地点 It is at the corner that he kills the man with a knife.
强调方式 It is with a knife that he kills the man at the corner.
我很怀疑三楼不对啊
It is time for you to go home 没有问题
但是It is high/about time you should go/went home 这里不得不牵扯到虚拟语气而不是强调句 lz要简单回答 我就不扯了.
