10.1.Parties shall not be responsible in part or in full for the performance of obligations contained in the present Contract if this non-performance is the result of force-majeure circumstances which may arise after the conclusion of the Contract as a result of extraordinary conditions which the Parties could neither foresee nor prevent with reasonable measures.
These circumstances include:flood,fire,earthquake and other natural phenomena,acts or actions of governmental bodies.
10.2.The Party claiming for force-majeure circumstances must immediately notify the other Party of the occurrence of such circumstances in writing.The notification must contain facts about the nature of the circumstances and also,if possible,an appraisal of their effect on the partner's fulfilling his obligations under the present Contract and the time-frame when his obligations can be fulfilled.
10.3.The Party,which due to the force-majeure circumstances cannot fulfil its obligations under the present Contract,will make every effort to adjust the non-performance as quickly as possible.
